Return & Exchange Policy

At Double Depresso Co., each item is crafted with care and intention.

​If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit — at this time, we can’t offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

​Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

 

Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a discount code toward your next purchase as a thank-you for supporting small-batch production.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we’re not responsible for lost return parcels.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, please email double.depresso.co@gmail.com to confirm availability.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at double.depresso.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
