Welcome to Double Depresso Collective. — a small-batch streetwear brand based in British Columbia, Canada.

By using our website (hosted via Wix.com) or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Products Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Double Depresso Co. does not currently charge GST or PST.

We strive for accuracy, but product colors and textures may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, or dyeing variations.

Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are processed securely through Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal, in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock errors.

By purchasing through our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or have parental consent.

3. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.
We currently ship within Canada only.
Local pickup and delivery are available within the Okanagan region
- Free pick up and Delivery within Kelowna.
- Delivery is also available across the Okanagan — including West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Vernon — for $2.
Flat rate: $12 CAD Canada-wide (except Nunavut $22, Newfoundland & Labrador $16). free shipping on orders over $150.
Delivery timelines vary by carrier and location (typically 5–10 business days).

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, artwork, text, designs, and graphics on this site are the exclusive property of Double Depresso Co. and protected under Canadian copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Double Depresso Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

All items are sold “as is” without warranties beyond those required by Canadian consumer protection law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
