Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided.
Double Depresso Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help you locate it through the courier if issues arise.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.
Because our products are produced in limited quantities, slight delays can occur during new drops or restocks — we’ll always notify you by email if that happens.

Canada-wide shipping is available — every order ships with tracking, so you’ll know when your gear’s on the move.
Flat rate: $12 CAD anywhere in Canada (except Nunavut $22, Newfoundland & Labrador $16).
Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD — because heavy emotional baggage shouldn’t come with heavy postage.

Local pickup and delivery in Kelowna are free.
Delivery is also available across the Okanagan — including West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Vernon — for just $2.
